Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
